End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement explains your limited personal-use license for Zenner scripts and related digital materials.

License Grant

Zenner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use scripts and related digital materials made available to you for personal use with your own Cronus Zen device.

Restrictions

  • You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, share, leak, or transfer Zenner scripts or access.
  • You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, scrape, extract, copy, or attempt to bypass protection on scripts or installer output.
  • You may not remove or alter copyright, proprietary notices, identifiers, watermarks, or access controls.
  • You may not use Zenner materials to build a competing script library, resale product, or unauthorized derivative work.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in Zenner scripts, installers, documentation, branding, designs, and related intellectual property remain with Zenner or its licensors.

Support and Updates

We may provide updates, support, fixes, or new versions at our discretion. We do not guarantee that any script will remain compatible with every game update, device firmware, platform change, or user setup.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach the EULA, Terms of Service, or other applicable Zenner policies. On termination, you must stop using Zenner materials and delete any copies in your possession.

Warranty Disclaimer and Liability

Zenner materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the affected product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zenner harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of this EULA, misuse of scripts, unauthorized distribution, or violation of game, platform, or third-party rules.
