These Terms govern access to Zenner products, scripts, documentation, support, and community features.

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to Zenner, including our website, dashboard, Cronus Zen script library, installer, guides, support, and related digital products or services.

By purchasing, accessing, or using Zenner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.

Nature of Services

Zenner provides digital input scripts, browser-based installation tools, setup guides, and educational configuration materials for Cronus Zen users.

Our scripts are controller configuration tools. They do not modify game files, install software into games, or bypass anti-cheat systems.

Account Access and Whop

  • Access may be verified through Whop OAuth, Whop checkout, product ownership, or membership records.
  • Payments are processed by Whop and its payment providers. Zenner does not store full card details.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

Permitted Use and Licensing

Zenner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased or member-accessible scripts for your own personal use with your own Cronus Zen device.

  • You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, leak, rent, share, or transfer Zenner scripts or access.
  • You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or attempt to extract protected script source or compiled output.
  • You may not remove, alter, or obscure copyright, ownership, watermarking, or proprietary notices.
  • Scripts, installers, and downloads may contain unique identifiers or access controls used to protect intellectual property and detect unauthorized sharing.

Professional Conduct

We keep support and community spaces professional. Abuse, harassment, threats, slurs, intimidation, or retaliatory threats against Zenner staff, support agents, partners, or community members are not allowed.

  • Threats to leak, resell, charge back, slander, or otherwise harm Zenner to force a refund are a material breach of these Terms.
  • We may suspend or terminate access without refund for abusive conduct, attempted intellectual property theft, or unauthorized distribution.

Game Rules and Platform Risk

You are responsible for understanding and following the rules of any game, console, platform, or online service you use. Zenner does not guarantee that using scripts or controller automation is permitted by any specific game or platform.

Zenner is not responsible for account bans, warnings, suspensions, matchmaking restrictions, hardware misuse, gameplay outcomes, or changes caused by game updates.

Refunds and Returns

All sales are subject to our Refund Policy. Because Zenner products are digital goods, all sales are final once the applicable refund window has passed.

Claims that a script is not working require reasonable cooperation with support. Refunds may be denied if you refuse troubleshooting, calibration, verification, or reasonable support steps.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you file a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting support, we may provide Whop, payment processors, and financial institutions with delivery evidence, access logs, support history, timestamps, and other relevant records.

Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in permanent removal from current and future Zenner products.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Zenner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenner's total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product or membership.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, harass staff, attempt unauthorized distribution, commit fraud, or create security or legal risk.
